In our Co-Founder Dr. Rajesh Doshi’s words, “Over the years, I have become very conscious about the changing patterns of nature, how despite nobody maintaining the forests there is an ecosystem that is created by itself. Why should, we as humans destroy that environment? Rather we should be an instrument in creating a better one. Artificial farming is harming that ecosystem including the land. So people are not creating anything of value but are being a part of the destruction. Enough harm has been inflicted on the environment. Now it is time for the new generations to know there are better ways of farming. They should not follow the wrong footsteps anymore”.
The idea of Kalpavrksa germinated over time as Dr. Rajesh Doshi, observed people with a healthy lifestyle, devoid of addictions to alcohol or tobacco, falling prey to deadly diseases like cancer. He realized it was the impact of a continuous intake of food laden with chemicals and artificial flavors.
Karan Doshi, our co-founder was deeply impacted when he saw a section of farmers cultivating a separate farm produce for their personal consumption sans any pesticides and synthetic fertilizers, which are otherwise used in regular farming methods for commercial purposes requiring a bigger yield.
